Some of the approaches we use are including but not limited to Grief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.

We do specialize in Grief Therapy because any clients come to us struggling with grief and loss. In addition, the majority of our therapists are certified perinatal/postpartum mental health counselors who support clients with issues related to perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, pregnancy loss, infertility, adjusting to parenthood, and more. However, we also support issues related to anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions.

As of now, we primarily work with residents who are based in New Jersey and New York because that is where we hold our licensure.
